Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with direct supervisor to develop training strategy and plan.
  • Manage and follow up poor trainee after training.
  • Work with relevant branch and department to define course for poor performance staff.
  • Organize field visit and coaching to improve branch productivities
  • Design and provide training on Bank products.
  • Develop the session plans in standard model
  • Manage training room and training materials
  • Record and manage staff training in HRIS.
  • Finding any resources for updating training and methodology.
  • Manage and evaluate new recruited staff training, Induction and foundation training
  • Cooperate with recruitment team to organize new recruited staff training schedule.
  • Support branch and relevant department to arrange refresher training.
  • Feedback any problems identified commercial bank product training to supervisor
  • Develop training courses base on staffs requirement.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 year within work experience in Commercial Bank.
  • Have ability to coordinate and provide Bank product training
  • Skill to design training course.
  • Good in both written and spoken English.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
  • Ability to work at provincial branches
  • High level of facilitation skills.
