About the job Assistant Country Head, Learning & Development

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage & execute all training & Development programs, policies and activities in the factory follow direction from Division and Corporate
  • Deliver soft skills/ Computer skill or language training courses to Manager & Officer level
  • Work with internal Trainer team to design & prepare training material, training plan
  • Be the key internal trainer of soft skill training programs for Middle management
  • To translate training & development documents into local language
  • Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) sessions to prepare the annual training plan
  • Follow up post training activities, review & evaluate the program effectiveness and prepare analysis report
  • Make & manage training report
  • Write & post news on fan pages & internal website
  • Develop & lead local L&D team
  • Arrange logistic for business trip & events
  • Engage in different L&D projects when necessary required by the TDD Manager.

Job Requirements: 

  • University Bachelor or Master degree
  • Communicate fluently in English (speaking & writing)
  • Competence computer literate (Microsoft Offices, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Good Training delivery and designing skills
  • A good team player, willing to support others with planning & organizing skill
  • Proficiency in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and have good influencing skill
