Roles and Responsibilities:
Core
- Reports to the Enrollment & Marketing Manager
- Manages digital channels/campaigns, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content (graphics, photos & videos)
- Develops creative ideas, suggests innovative ways of delivering digital content, generates traffic and keeps up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Monitors, analyses, and reports on the performance of digital channels/activities.
Other
- Assists in the development of printed marketing collaterals and literature.
- Prepares for and attends relevant marketing events, functions, exhibitions, and advertising high school visits.
- Enthusiastically engages in student enrollment activities generating leads and lead-to-student conversion.
- Assists the Manager with organizing market research, analyzing data and writing reports.
- Participates in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetings.
- Works with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholder
Qualifications
- Degree / diploma is a plus, ideally education specialized within the digital environment or communications, appreciated significant experience of working in a digital marketing role.
- Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably using Premiere Pro or similar) and delivering via channels such as YouTube.
- Experience in developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance, and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and structure work schedules.
- Delivering energy, enthusiasm, and strong written and oral communication skills (sales & public speaking).
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, team members and suppliers.
