Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange zoom call
  • Arrange Visa and Travelling schedule including flight booking
  • Arranging appointments and meetings
  • Arrange hotel bookings
  • Arrange confidential documentation for BOD.
  • Manage company documents and act on behalf of BOD.
  • Liaise with various government officials.
  • Manage the Personal staff of the board of directors.

In FM Team,

  • Managing and arranging company documents
  • Assist during Audit time
  • Check all expenses and insure that all prices are correct with market and company policy expenses before give payment
  • Ensure all expenses are correct and have approved from boss before issue check
  • Solve some problem relate with expenses
  • Make sure are rental, utilities and some expenses are pay on time avoid from penalties
  • Assist for Company Transfer
  • Assist for works related with bank
  • Assist and consult for Tax expenses
  • Check Clearance Custom Doc before give company stamp
  • Controlling & Filling company document, rental contract
  • Monthly prepare & Collect money for Junk Sale
  • Assist for HR Job
  • Assist for recruitment
  • Assist to HRM whatever they need
  • Assist for admin & recruitment
  • Staff Payroll and staff attendant
  • Motivate all worker/staff, when they have issue or depressed
  • Maintain employee relationship

Admin Job

  • Make monthly expense budget & purchase and Maintain office supplies, equipment......
  • Gasoline & Phone allowance for staff, solve problem when staff have any issue with these
  • Check & Processing NSSF, Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Immigration
  • Assist to staff when they have some issue with NSSF during they go for hospital
  • Car arrangement and make sure all car are stay in current, Safe place and clean
  • Staff Test Ride and Sale Team LPG
  • Monitoring, processing and recording staff travel documents (Transportation, Passport, Visa, Accommodation etc.)
  • Courier sending/receiving by DHL or other shipping
  • Prepare and organize foreigner work permit
  • Office/Showroom maintenance and Renovation
  • Assists with various events when required by Boss or other staff.......etc

Job Requirement:

Work experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an executive assistant capacity with proven ability to excel at the responsibilities of this role
  • Prior experience providing high-level support to boards, committees, or other similar work groups
  • Experience working under pressure and managing multiple, competing tasks and priorities
  • Experience drafting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives
