KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist HOD and lead the team to provide overall strategic banking support, business goals to jointly develop and implement plan, operations and marketing communication functions of the Bank including annual budget and procurement.
  • Act as a strategic business partner and provide advice, update, report, market intelligence to management / business on banking support / operational related matters in achieving the Banks business objective.
  • Manage the Admin function for Messenger, Driver and other administrative works relating to Stationary, Security and non-security item.
  • Develop, implement and maintain sound operational functions policies, procedures and guidelines that are in compliance with the relevant Laws, Rules of the National Bank of Cambodia, directives and guidelines issued by the regulatory bodies and the Banks internal policies and procedures. Ensure the staff adherence to the policies and procedures.
  • Ensure high quality preventive and routine maintenance work of among others, the electrical, air conditioning, fire protection and lift systems are being carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for the overall building management which includes ensuring the buildings cleanliness, supervising all renovation work, attending to tenants and ensuring that all items such as lighting, furniture and other fittings are in good order.
  • Monitor buildings tenancies and tenancy agreements.
  • Assist in works related to branches in the areas of building management and renovation works.
  • To attend to building emergencies as and when they arise during and after office hours.
  • To take immediate action in attending to breakdowns as soon as they are received.
  • To minimize the total down time and to ensure smooth running of operation, repairing and any other failures.
  • To ensure works, renovations, specifications undertaken are in compliance with the standard and requirements of the safety standard guidelines of the relevant acts, regulations, by-laws and others.
  • To monitor and ensure the renewal of licenses related to the building.
  • To assist in marketing communication support including buildings signage design and installation, bank promotion material administration and advertisement coordination.
  • Observe and comply at all times with all acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Banks business and be conversant with all statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.
  • Display teamwork and work closely with other colleagues at all times.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)

Formal Education:

Degree or Diploma holder with 5 years banking / financial industry related working experience in operations and/or product development.

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

  • Knowledge in overall banking Admin & Property Management/support including system, infrastructure, and equipment in depth understanding property design/architecture related maintenance works.
