About the job Manager, Accounting and Administration

Job Purpose

To run and support the back-office team to ensure the tasks are completed in effective and efficient ways, and to ensure the jobs are done within timeline with great outcomes which are assigned by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise on accounting and tax compliance to the Company and clients
  • Prepare the Company budget plan
  • Monitor the Company Performance
  • Book-keeping of all transactions of the Company and clients
  • Filling monthly and annual tax return of the Company and client
  • Prepare the Companys financial statements in accordance with CIFRS
  • Submission financial reports to relevant stakeholders, such as group, management, and regulators.
  • Control and administrate the Company and clients documents
  • Oversee the back-office tasks Provide trust accounting report to client
  • Other tasks assign by General Manager

Requirement:

  • A bachelors degree in Account and Finance, prefer ACCA or CAT.
  • Fluency in English proficiency, and other languages are the plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Taxation.
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in Accounting or related fields.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support the Finance Department by undertaking a range of finance-related tasks
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and in short time frames.
  • Knowledge of systems of cross-checking in the accounting area both in their own work and as an organization. Knowledge in trust sector is preferable.
