About the job Store Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the whole store including, products, services, cashier
- Organize products order, check stock in, stock out
- Verify receiving products into the store
- Check expire date
- Reporting product loss or damage
- Ensure customer friendly in welcoming walk in customers
- Ensure cleaning area & hygiene
- Ensure best service in product recommends to customer
- Assist customers in finding products
- Supervisor time shift of cashiers
Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience in store operation from mart
- Good at supervising and coordination
- Good at customer solution offering
- Friendly & honest
- Good at team player
- Good at training customer service
