Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for cardholder transaction reconciliation against the authorized message
  • Ensure the settlement message from MasterCard are correctly process or post to the relevant cardholder account
  • Involve system setup and process to facilitate transaction authorization in conjunction with risk management
  • Be responsible for card personalization with third-party vendor based on a predefined chip card or magistrate to produce and deliver bankcard to branch/customer
  • Be responsible for chargeback and retrievals
  • Create user manual, product policy and product feature
  • Be responsible for card centre operation process improvement
  • Handle and resolve cardholder problems, queries and complaints at branch, over the phone and email
  • Train new product to all Phillip Bank’s staff
  • Manage all related customer data entry into all related system after an application for a new card account is approved
  • Manage and make sure NRI and lost/stolen card transaction can be protected and detected as early as possible to protect customer and bank
  • Manage transaction fraud, merchant fraud, cardholder and employee fraud monitoring
  • Responsible for specific card business project implementation with all related stakeholder
  • Perform other duties assigned by managements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in MIS or Business Administration
  • At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required language(s): English and another language will be a plus
  • Previous experience with Visa, MasterCard or UPI business development
  • Previous experience of managing card operation
  • Previous experience of managing card system implementation
  • Sound problem solving skills with high flexibility
  • Fluence in English both written and speaking and Chinese is advantage
  • Good knowledge of information technology and baking product
