Job Responsibilities

  • Work with B2B, B2C, B4B, PSP, e-Channel related partners to explore e-opportunities for mutual benefits and e-collaborations.
  • Evaluated, test and recommend new creative strategies and opportunities for e-Channel business.
  • Analyse, manage, and gather requirements from relevant stakeholders and business partners on request for the developers to design and help in implementing
  • Manage communication between business users and develops to ensure clear requirements and solutions are well implemented and documented
  • Design the e-process and e-transaction workflow for the business unit and developers for better understanding
  • Prepare the user guide, user requirement and related documents for future reference.
  • Plan and execute the various testing scenario and provide a summary report of the testing result to supervisor.
  • Perform the SIT, UAT, and Pre-Production to ensure the quality assurance of the e-Channel’s platform/system(s) to be delivered
  •  Tracking and following up with the vendors to ensure all issues are on track properly and monitored
  • Provide the e-Channel Platform/System support to users and work with application developers & support team for the technical issues, where necessary
  • Be the contact between business unit and development team

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
  • Be able to prepare, analyst the user requirement document and transform into business and development and developer for further implementation and understanding
  • Required language(s): English
  • Prior experience with project management is preferred
  • Experience in application development, design, and familiar with technology
  • Some experience in the field or similar fields (e.g. application support, IT consultancy, and tester) preferable
  • Strong analytic skill
  • Software design and development experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some knowledge of Core Banking System or Other Payment System (optional)
