Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

· Lead the Surveying Team at CSA, including executing field and office work, preparing surveying plans, ROW plans, stakeouts, easements, among others.

· Prepare proposals, manage clients (internal and external) and continuously monitoring team performance and finance KPI.

· Evaluation of equipment and coordination for maintenance and equipment acquisition.

· Develop business plan for Surveying Unit.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Bachelors or Masters degree in Surveying and Topography

· 10 or more years of experience in surveying

· Professional Land Surveyor License

· Surveyor with experience in transportation/highway construction projects in Puerto Rico.

· Familiarized with the PRHTA requirements for surveying and for preparing land acquisition plans (per Design Directives).
