Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing, directing, and controlling construction jobs that the manager was assigned to look over
  • Preparing construction schedules
  • Providing construction budget estimates
  • Monitoring progress set against construction schedules
  • Responsible for providing progress reports and schedules to clients
  • Prepare internal and external reports
  • Planning to prevent any issues between the clients, workers, and the company
  • Analyze and migrate any risks that may occur
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • 5 years + of construction project management experience, including water & sewage industry experience
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred OSHA-10
