Job Title: Recruiter, Full-Cycle Direct Sourcing (On-Site)

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico

Our client is seeking a highly driven Recruiter to join their experienced and talented team to work with top-tier clients and industry leaders, with proven success connecting top talent with outstanding career opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a strong ability to build relationships with clients and candidates, and the analytical skills necessary to identify top-tier executive talent.

This fearless individual will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing passive candidates in technical and leadership positions while ensuring a seamless recruiting experience for all stakeholders.

Required Competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of direct hands-on experience in permanent placement/full-cycle recruiting, including exposure to compensation analysis and offer negotiation.
• Completely Bilingual (English & Spanish) Non-Negotiable requirement.
• Direct experience interacting and presenting to Clients in both languages (English & Spanish).
• Strong drive for results with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Tenacity, perseverance, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Confident and respectfully persuasive communication style, both written and verbal.
• Ability to think big picture, while remaining structured and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based recruiting tools.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align recruitment strategies with client business goals.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
