Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join our innovative cellular reprogramming team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research while developing expertise in regenerative medicine and cellular reprogramming technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong laboratory skills with a keen interest in advancing therapeutic solutions for age-related diseases.

Key Responsibilities

Research Activities

  • Conduct experiments in cellular reprogramming and regenerative medicine
  • Execute protocols for cell culture, molecular biology, and cellular analysis
  • Participate in the development and optimization of research protocols
  • Analyze and document experimental results with attention to detail

Technical Expertise

  • Perform advanced laboratory techniques in cellular and molecular biology
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment
  • Implement quality control procedures for experimental work
  • Support the development of new methodologies and procedures

Data Management & Analysis

  • Collect and analyze experimental data using appropriate software tools
  • Maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation
  • Prepare technical reports and contribute to research publications
  • Present findings in team meetings and research discussions

Laboratory Management

  • Maintain laboratory organization and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in training new team members on laboratory procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field
  • 2-3 years of hands-on research experience in cellular or molecular biology
  • Proficiency in cell culture and basic molecular biology techniques
  • Experience with data analysis and scientific documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred

  • Experience with stem cell culture or cellular reprogramming techniques
  • Knowledge of mRNA technology and gene editing methods
  • Familiarity with advanced microscopy and flow cytometry
  • Experience with bioinformatics tools and data analysis software
  • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
  • Background in regenerative medicine research

Base Salary: $60K
