Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent. The HR Manager will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning human resources with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes to attract skilled professionals in construction and related fields.
• Manage employee relations, resolving issues and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies that ensure compliance and reflect industry best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and career development.
• Manage and administer benefits.
• Implement performance appraisal processes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Support health and safety standards compliance in alignment with construction industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in the construction industry or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to challenges.
• Bi-lingual, Spanish and English

Pay: $55,557.00 - $58,048.00 per year
