Base salary: $40,000 + benefits

Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist handles accounts receivable functions, including collections, billing problem resolution, and the reduction of accounts receivable delinquency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• At least 2 years of business-to-business collections experience.
• Prior accounts receivable and/or general accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Thorough understanding of accounts receivable/general ledger systems and procedures.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
