Our Client, a leader in the health industry is hiring their IT QA Manager. This position will lead the quality engineering efforts. This team is responsible to develop Automation frameworks and the delivery of software solutions for business needs.

Salary: Base salary commensurate to candidates experience plus fringe benefits

• Contribute to building and executing test scripts and support their team.
• Knowledge of system design and regulatory solutions
• Capability to work cross-functionally, across teams
• Contribute to the design, development and execute manual automated test scriptsDefine and implement automation testing strategies
• Oversees validation of thirdparty systems and vendor solutions
• Define test data strategy
• Ensure QA practices to applicable regulatory requirements
• Implement QA process improvements to increase productivity and automation
• Define and track quality metrics and KPIs to monitor performance
• Previous experience working in an Automation framework

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or similar technical education
• 8 plus years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience including a QA Senior Role
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, MicrofocusUFT, Cypress)
• Scripting Languages ( Python, Java Script) CI/CD tools (Gitlab, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with performance and load testing tools
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with SQL Server and API testing
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microfocus ALM, Jira
• Experience leading QA in Agile and Hybrid Agile environments, along with associated methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Experience working with cloud technologies (snowflakes, Azure DEVOps)
