Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support to IT users through phone, onsite assistance, and problem resolution, ensuring timely issue resolution in collaboration with the appropriate team.
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for client/server systems, software, and network hardware.
Assist end users with computer operations, peripherals, and software applications, ensuring smooth functionality and support.
Coordinate software, hardware, and systems applications with users and management to align with business needs.
Handle and coordinate all desktop IT requirements, including hardware/software troubleshooting, replacement, installation, configuration, and user administration.
Document and route incoming IT requests, escalate tickets when necessary, and ensure help desk processes are followed.
Move, add, and update desktop and network equipment as needed.
Provide user training, consulting on IT systems, and exceptional customer service in line with company philosophies.
Support the IT department's goals and assist in developing short and long-term objectives and strategies.
Stay informed about new systems, software capabilities, and technological advances.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
At least 2 years of experience in computer hardware/software, with a focus on workstations, networking, client/server systems, and problem diagnostics.
Strong project management, time management, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines, attend required meetings/training, and travel by automobile/aircraft.
Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed and to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and calculators.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
