As a Production Machine Operator, you are the engine of our manufacturing floor. Responsibilities Include
- Equipment Operation: As a lead Production Machine Operator, you will safely run machinery and tools to meet daily schedules.
- Assembly & Packaging: Perform hands-on assembly of components, followed by precise labeling and packaging of finished goods.
- Logistics Support: Navigate our manufacturing & warehouse layout to ensure parts and finished products are stored correctly.
- Quality Assurance: Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspections to ensure all products align with defined specifications.
- Documentation: Accurately record production data, traceability logs, and quality inspection sheets.
- Maintenance & Support: Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical Aptitude: Proven ability to handle complex assembly tasks and work with manual or automated tools.
- Industrial Expertise: Prior experience in a manufacturing & warehouse setting is highly preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in computer systems for data entry and production recording.
- Precision Measurement: Familiarity with using scales and measurement tools to ensure product accuracy.
- Quality Control: Keen eye for detail to identify defects or cosmetic inconsistencies.
- Adaptability: A "self-starter" mentality with the willingness to cross-train in different production zones.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong team-player attitude with a focus on maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Reliability: Commitment to meeting production deadlines and working overtime when required.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Experience as a Production Machine Operator or in a similar industrial role is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $18 - $20+/hr
