Responsibilities include:

• Logistics Management: Act as the primary Shipping Receiving Specialist, overseeing all incoming and outgoing freight.
• Equipment Operation: Safe and efficient operation of a forklift to move heavy materials across the manufacturing and warehouse floor.
• Inventory Accuracy: Verify packing slips against physical shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all OSHA safety standards while operating the forklift.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to the line.

Skills/Qualification

• Experience: Proven track record as a Shipping Receiving Specialist in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification: Current or prior forklift certification is required.
• Technical Savvy: Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer software.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout a full shift.
• Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage complex shipping schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $20-$22
