We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Production Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in operating assembly and production machinery and managing the flow of products in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with attention to detail and a desire to work in a hands-on, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet daily production targets
- Replenishing stock on the production line to ensure a continuous workflow
- Loading and unloading materials, often using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Using a PC or production terminal to update inventory records and maintain detailed logs of production activity
- Labeling products correctly for storage or shipment
- Following safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operational protocols
- Collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles
- Identifying and reporting any defects, malfunctions, or potential hazards to supervisors
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $17.00 - $18.50.

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a production, assembly, or similar manufacturing role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills to record production data accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Available hours include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime as needed
- Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols
