- Professional Growth: We provide access to training and development to help you expand your professional certifications and IT knowledge.
- Bonus Potential: Eligibility for our incentive recognition bonus program based on performance.
- Stable Environment: A consistent 9-5, onsite office schedule that respects your work-life balance.
- Impactful Work: Be the "eyes and ears" of a high-performing department where your organization directly affects the company's success.
Responsibilities Include
As our Administrative Assistant- IT, you will handle the following key functions:

- Administrative Tracking: Maintain our project management tools (Smartsheet) daily, tracking deadlines, milestones, and resource updates.
- Microsoft Excel Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, track assets, and manage departmental spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Continuous Reporting: Provide proactive status updates to the IT Manager, ensuring full visibility into the department's workflow.
- Documentation: Collaborate with the team to draft simple, user-friendly "How-To" guides for non-technical staff.
- Meeting Support: Attend Scrum and team meetings to capture updates, document action items, and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- End-User Follow-Up: Be the friendly face of IT by checking back with staff to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.
