Assembler Packer

We are seeking dependable, high-energy individuals to join our team as Packers. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring daily production flow runs smoothly. No prior experience is required—we provide full, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.

Responsibilities Include

• Packaging & Sorting: Inspect, package, and pack finished goods into designated containers according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Perform visual quality checks to ensure products are free of defects before final shipment.
• Palletizing & Labeling: Accurately label, seal, and stack boxes onto pallets for safe transport across the facility.
• Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workstation and comply with all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside shift supervisors and team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Skills / Qualifications

• Experience Level: No experience required—will train!
• Preferred Backgrounds: Food service or retail experience a plus; previous dishwasher or cleaning experience a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot product flaws and follow precise packaging instructions.
• Work Ethic: Strong physical stamina, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Communication: Ability to read work orders, follow verbal instructions, and communicate clearly with team members.
