As an Assembly Operator, you'll be trained to assemble and solder small metal components in a clean, organized production setting. This role is ideal for someone with good hand-eye coordination, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble small metal parts following instructions and specifications
- Perform basic soldering of components (training provided)
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed
