This entry-level Quality Specialist Trainee position offers steady hours, great training, and a clear path to advancement in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment. No prior experience is needed, just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to learn on the job.

Training Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (for a few weeks)
Regular Schedule: ThursdaySunday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Learn how to test and inspect small electronic parts

  • Use basic tools and microscopes to check product quality

  • Keep accurate counts and records of the items you work with

  • Follow clear instructions and standard procedures

  • Report any issues or problems to the team lead or technician

  • Help keep your workspace clean and organized

  • Complete other simple tasks as assigned

Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong attention to detail
