Machine Operator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Plastics extrusion experience is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Reliable work ethic and ability to follow safety protocols
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
