We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician responsible for testing, aligning, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying circuit boards to meet precise functional requirements. If you're passionate about electronics and enjoy solving complex problems at the component level, this is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Test various circuit board chassis to meet customer specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair down to the component level
- Perform adjustments, calibrations, and alignments on circuit boards
- Modify functionality of boards to meet specific performance requirements
- Set up and operate standard test apparatus (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers)
- Analyze and interpret test data to ensure reliability and performance
- Document test procedures and results
- Fabricate cables and connectors as needed for testing and repair
- Support fabrication and assembly of chassis and related mechanical tasks
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot circuit boards down to the component level
- Proficiency with test equipment: voltmeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, power supplies, signal generators
- Strong foundation in electronics, especially RF and digital electronics
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
- Solid deductive reasoning and logical troubleshooting skills
- Soldering experience and general mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to perform a range of tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- Background in radio communications is a strong plus
- Comfortable using mechanical tools for chassis assembly and cable fabrication
