We are seeking a detail-oriented Electroplater to perform a wide range of electroplating processes on a variety of metals and parts. This role involves preparing and maintaining plating solutions, working from technical documentation, and ensuring quality results through careful inspection. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform electroplating processes according to standardized methods
- Maintain plating solutions per required formulas
- Inspect parts and plating solutions to ensure optimal results
- Follow specifications, work orders, and instructions for each job
- Identify and reject parts that do not meet quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior plating experience required
- Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to lift and move 3040 lb boxes regularly
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in the jewelry industry
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery
