About the job Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service and Dispatching Representative to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while also coordinating and dispatching our service team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Providing information about our products and services.
  • Processing orders and requests accurately.
  • Scheduling and dispatching service technicians or teams to customer locations.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of customer interactions and dispatching activities.
  • Coordinating with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Ability to learn and use dispatching software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Shift:

  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay:

  • $20 - $22 per hour (depending on experience)
