We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Production Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Production Operator, you will play a critical role in operating machinery and managing the flow of products in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with attention to detail and a desire to work in a hands-on, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet daily production targets
  • Replenishing stock on the production line to ensure a continuous workflow
  • Loading and unloading trucks, often using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Inspecting outgoing orders and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Using a PC to update inventory records and maintain detailed logs of production activity
  • Labeling products correctly for storage or shipment
  • Following safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operational protocols
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles
  • Identifying and reporting any defects, malfunctions, or potential hazards to supervisors

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $19-$20/hr

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or similar manufacturing role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills to record production data accurately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime as needed
  • Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols
