As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will assist with Machine setup, operation, and quality control in our state-of-the-art facility. While some basic machine operating experience is required, we are eager to train the right candidate in specialized plastics manufacturing techniques—and Food service experience a plus! If you know how to use basic precision tools like calipers, Micrometers, and a tape measure, or have a background in Assembly, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform routine Machine setup, startup, and shutdown procedures for extrusion equipment.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operations within our plastics manufacturing unit.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, Micrometers, and a tape measure to ensure products meet precise dimensions.
  • Work closely with team members across Assembly and packing lines to keep order flow moving smoothly.
  • Execute daily duties as a primary Machine Operator while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace within the Warehouse.
  • Serve as a reliable Manufacturing Production Operator, troubleshooting basic mechanical issues as trained.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Some basic machine operating experience required, though Food service experience a plus due to strict adherence to safety and fast-paced workflows!
  • Measurement Tools: Familiarity or comfort learning to use precision tools such as calipers, Micrometers, and a standard tape measure.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn Machine setup and operate equipment used in modern plastics manufacturing.
  • Work Ethic: Strong background in Assembly, light mechanical work, or related physical tasks.
  • Versatility: Comfortable acting as a reliable Manufacturing Production Operator and team player in a busy Warehouse environment.
  • Role: Eager to grow as a full-time Machine Operator with comprehensive, on-the-job training provided. Note that prior customer-facing or kitchen work (Food service experience a plus) translates very well to our team structure!
