As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring product being produced meets all customer needs and specifications in our fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Working on the assembly line, you will perform NDT checks, read blueprints, and inspect parts to support our overall manufacturing operations regardless of your age or background.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a dedicated Quality Inspector to verify dimensional and visual conformance to customer specifications using a caliper and micrometers.
  • Perform first article inspections and complete regular first article reviews for initial production runs and assembly parts.
  • Perform NDT evaluation techniques, interpret technical blueprints, and complete variable data collection on the warehouse floor.
  • Conduct regular first article testing while managing production and finished product inspection needs across the manufacturing department.
  • Complete required documentation relating to counts and scrap while working with leadership staff to ensure quality conformance.
  • Stay engaged with the flow line to help keep product moving safely and efficiently.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; applicants of any age who meet legal requirements are encouraged to apply.
  • 3+ months of experience reading basic blueprints (notes, dimensional lines, symbols) and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Hands-on experience using precision tools, including a caliper, micrometers, height gages, and optical comparators.
  • Basic understanding of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and quality verification in a warehouse or assembly environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and high attention to detail.
