Production Associate

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our team across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assembling products, picking and packing orders, conducting visual quality inspections, and keeping inventory stock replenished. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to set you up for success!

Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive Pay: $17.50-$19/hr DOE to start! Get paid to train, no experience required. If you are transitioning from another Accounting role, we offer great starting rates for our second-shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to production guidelines and specifications.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately for shipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished products to ensure high quality.
• Replenish inventory stock and build/make boxes as needed.
• Update inventory levels and maintain accurate material records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required—willingness to learn!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual quality checks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks.
