Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within target industries

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients

- Utilize various channels, such as email, social media, and networking events, to engage with potential leads

- Build and maintain a database of leads and track progress through the sales pipeline

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the HR or consulting industry

- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
