Position: IT Operations Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of systems to ensure smooth operation
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems to keep them up-to-date and secure
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Document and maintain IT processes and procedures for future reference
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT operations and make recommendations for improvement
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with health system maintenance is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
