Job Description:

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients who sell on the Amazon platform. Your key responsibilities will include managing product listings, monitoring inventory levels, responding to customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks, such as keyword research and PPC management. Collaborating closely with our clients, you'll help ensure their Amazon businesses operate smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Keyword Research

- At least 1 year of experience with Amazon PPC

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Familiarity with Amazon policies and guidelines, as well as best practices for optimizing product listings

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with Helium 10

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Miami Time).
