Job Description:

Eiva is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive, Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the CEO. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Monitor and track client payments, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Input financial data into Excel and track company expenses and income.
• Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Organize and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule meetings with CEOs, clients, and partners, ensuring all logistics are in place.
• Assist in the coordination of ongoing projects, tracking deadlines and milestones.
• Reach out to leads via email to invite them to join our mentoring program and track responses.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for financial tracking and data management).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• At least 1 year experience  in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
