The Big Sister Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mentorship program for new employees at EiVA.

This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth onboarding process, fostering a supportive work environment, and making sure that the PR feels comfortable at his new job. Our goal is to ensure that our new PR will stay for the long term at Eiva with the client so that it can be a good contract for all sides.

By identifying difficulties and challenges with the employer in advance, we can successfully retain the PR moving forward

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the Big Sister mentorship program, including matching new employees with appropriate mentors.
  2. Oversee the entire onboarding process, from initial welcome to the three-month check-in.
  3. Maintain regular communication with mentors, new employees, and relevant stakeholders (e.g., Lira, Yulit, clients).
  4. Ensure timely execution of all steps in the Big Sister process, including scheduling meetings and sending follow-up emails.
  5. Monitor the effectiveness of the mentorship program and suggest improvements as needed.
  6. Liaise between different departments to facilitate a cohesive onboarding experience.
  7. Increase the big sisters from EiVA and make for them a place that they will have activities there.

Qualifications

  • Better to have experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Team leader with a training program.
  • Experience with CRM programs
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain schedules and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with mentorship programs and best practices in employee onboarding.
