Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Fleet Support VA to join our team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring CCTVs onboard our Client's vessels and providing administrative support to our fleet management department. The Fleet Support VA will work closely with our fleet manager and team to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of our Client's vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV alerts (smoke detection, anomaly detection etc)

- Basic trouble shooting (Linux)

- Administrative support

- Provide administrative support to the fleet manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- BS Marine Engineering course graduate or similar

- Minimum 1 year of experience onboard an international vessel

- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in the Engine Department

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Average oral and written communication skills

- Proficient in Zoom, GMeet, and Google Workspace.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
