Position: Quotation Specialist (Mid Shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quotation Specialist to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills. As a Quotation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by creating accurate and timely quotations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send quotations to clients in a timely manner

- Follow up with clients to answer any questions and address concerns

- Maintain accurate and organized records of quotations and sales data

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quoting for Freight Forwarding companies

- Has experience quoting for International Shipments

- Proficient in Microsoft Office MS Office, esp EXCEL.

- Familiar with Incoterms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Can work Mid Shift: 3:00PM to 11:00PM Philippine Time

- Basic laptop or computer

- Has fast and stable internet connection
