We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and managing client records

- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to clients

- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns raised by clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service

- Preferably has an experience working in a virtual environment (not a must)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Tech savvy
