Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Operations Specialist to support and optimize sales processes, operational workflows, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, finance, customer success, and operations teams to improve efficiency, maintain data integrity, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize sales and operational processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and analyze CRM data to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
  • Coordinate order processing, account management, and customer onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
  • Assist with pricing, contracts, renewals, and sales documentation.
  • Monitor service levels and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer success, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Experience using ERP systems and business intelligence platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
