Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Digital Transformation Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives that enhance business performance through technology, process improvement, and organizational change. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, implement digital solutions, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technology implementation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, project management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of business process automation, enterprise systems, and digital technologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
