Pay: $45–$80/hr (Senior: up to $95/hr)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Remote Data Transformation Analyst to support data-driven digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on cleaning, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple systems to improve business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform and validate data from multiple business systems
• Build and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards
• Support data migration and integration projects (ERP/CRM/cloud)
• Analyze data to identify trends and business insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams
• Automate manual data processes where possible

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data, IT, Statistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
• Strong SQL and Excel skills (advanced level required)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Understanding of ETL and data transformation processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
