Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Business Hours
Compensation: $75.00–$125.00 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility)
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Remote Enterprise Transformation Leader to drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives that improve operational performance, business agility, and long-term growth. This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs, optimize business processes, and support the adoption of innovative technologies and operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead large-scale business transformation initiatives across multiple departments and functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish transformation goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
- Drive process improvement, digital modernization, and organizational change initiatives.
- Manage transformation roadmaps, project governance, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business units.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Support change management activities to promote adoption and long-term success.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of business process optimization, organizational change management, and strategic planning.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with digital transformation, operational excellence, or business modernization initiatives preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or Prosci are advantageous.
