Job Brief:
We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer skilled in both WordPress and the MERN stack to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and websites. You will execute the full product lifecyclefrom concept to deploymentwriting efficient, maintainable, and scalable code across front-end and back-end systems.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Build modern full-stack web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Integrate APIs and third-party services between WordPress and Node.js systems.
• Optimize website and app performance for scalability and responsiveness.
• Implement secure authentication, role-based access, and RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless UI/UX.
• Maintain clear documentation and clean, well-commented code.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • WordPress: PHP, ACF, custom post types, theme/plugin development.
  • MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and Git.
• Familiarity with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills
