Role Overview
The Director of Global Solution Delivery will lead end-to-end solution delivery across international markets — ensuring reliable product deployment, seamless operational adoption, and measurable business outcomes for clients.
This role bridges product development, engineering, deployment, and field operations, owning the delivery lifecycle from project initiation through implementation, stabilization, and long-term performance.
The ideal candidate combines technology delivery leadership, operational excellence, and global implementation experience, preferably within IoT, SaaS, industrial technology, automation, or digital transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Implementation & Deployment Leadership
Lead planning and execution of solution deployments across multiple regions.
Develop standardized global deployment methodologies, playbooks, and implementation frameworks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, data, and field operations.
Oversee commissioning, testing, validation, and go-live processes.
2. End-to-End Solution Delivery Ownership
Own delivery performance from contract signature to stable operations.
Ensure deployed solutions achieve measurable operational improvements and value realization.
Monitor delivery health metrics and proactively address risks impacting execution.
Maintain strong executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
Ensure delivery commitments translate into real-world outcomes.
3. Product & Engineering Collaboration
Act as the execution bridge between field operations and product/engineering teams.
Translate operational needs into actionable product requirements.
Ensure product releases are deployment-ready and scalable.
Support prioritization of deliverable features aligned with business impact.
4. Operations & Support Management
Establish and lead global support and escalation processes.
Ensure system uptime, reliability, and performance across deployments.
Define SOPs for troubleshooting, maintenance, and incident management.
Oversee field service teams and implementation partners internationally.
5. Process Development & Scalability
Build scalable delivery frameworks to support rapid global expansion.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for delivery performance.
Optimize deployment timelines, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
Develop training programs for clients and internal teams.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Recruit, mentor, and manage implementation engineers, delivery managers, and field specialists.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
Develop regional delivery partners and service ecosystems where required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
10–15+ years of experience in global solution delivery, implementation, or operations leadership roles.
Proven experience managing complex technology deployments (IoT, SaaS, automation, enterprise systems, or industrial platforms).
Strong project and program management expertise with global exposure.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
Experience working with enterprise or industrial customers.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience operating in fast-growth or scaling technology companies.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
