Contract Details: Full-time and On-Site

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with their company's goals and objectives.
The client has 9 divisions of the business, with Automobile, Technology solutions and Manufacturing as their core expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's overall goals and objectives

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates

- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work culture and reduce turnover

- Manage employee relations, including addressing and resolving any employee issues or conflicts

- Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

- Manage and maintain HR records and systems

- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address any HR-related needs or concerns

- Continuously review and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's  or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a Automobile, Manufacturing or Technology Solutions background

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Pakistan

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
