Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on technical and engineering roles. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality candidates who align with our culture and technical excellence.

This is a hybrid role based in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad, offering flexibility along with opportunities to work on impactful tech-driven hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with managers and technical leads to define job requirements.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and soft skills.
  • Maintain and grow talent pipelines for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.
  • Manage ATS and maintain clear, timely candidate records.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for current and future needs.
  • Organize technical assessments, coordinate interviews, and facilitate feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in technical or IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of engineering and software development roles.
  • Hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience using modern recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Highly Preferred).
  • Prior experience working in a tech company, startup, or technical recruitment agency.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML or data-driven hiring is a big plus.
