Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the software industry and a proven track record of successfully hiring top talent. This is a full-time (hybrid) position based in our office in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the company

- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities

- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively reach out to potential candidates

- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates

- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the software industry

- Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent

- Strong understanding of recruitment methods and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software

- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
