About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of social media platforms and proven experience in creating and managing content. You will work closely with the CEO, product team, and Visual Designer to execute a data-driven content and growth strategy. This role is focused on content strategy, platform management, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging long-form, short-form, and reels content tailored for different platforms.

Collaborate with the Visual Designer to deliver polished graphics, visuals, and videos.

Paid Media & Growth

Plan and run Meta Ads campaigns to amplify organic growth and drive measurable results.

Optimize paid and organic synergy for maximum visibility and engagement.

Community & Partnerships
-
Manage outreach campaigns to onboard influencers, creators, and collaborators.

Build engagement pipelines and maintain strong relationships with online communities.

Social Media Management

Oversee posting calendars, manage scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), and track engagement.

Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

Use platform analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights to track performance.

Report on KPIs and recommend improvements for campaigns and content.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media management or content strategy.

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Experience with Meta Ads campaign management.

Proven ability to create and manage content across formats (long-form, short-form, reels).

Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, developers, and leadership teams.
